One Offer Per Customer – No Combinations

To keep things fair, only one offer, discount, or promotion can be applied per purchase. This includes:

  • Website or printed offers

  • In-person discounts or verbal agreements

  • Part exchange incentives

  • Referral rewards or returning buyer deals

If multiple offers are presented, only the highest value or most relevant offer will be applied. All others will be void. This includes offers made in writing, over the phone, or during a park visit.

Who Can Use Offers

Offers are only valid for:

  • Buyers aged 50 or over

  • Homes purchased directly from Weybridge Park

  • Purchases made during the promotional period

  • Deals where the offer is confirmed in writing before contracts are agreed

Expiry and Availability

Each offer has a clear start and end date. Expired offers will not be honoured.

Offers:

  • May be withdrawn at any time

  • Are subject to availability

  • May require a deposit or reservation within a certain period

Right to Refuse or Cancel

Weybridge Park reserves the right to:

  • Withdraw or change any offer without notice

  • Refuse to apply an offer if misuse is suspected
