Gas

Gas is ordered directly from the supplier, Calor Gas, and is charged at their current rate. Your gas tank has an intelligent meter installed, which notifies the supplier when the gas level is low (10%). The supplier will then come and refill your gas tank as needed. The account is set up directly with the supplier (should you need help with this, our office staff are on hand to help).

Electricity

Electricity is billed at the supplier-contracted rate, each home is metered, and a reading is taken once a month.

Pitch Fees

Water & Sewage

Water in and sewage out is charged monthly and is usually billed with the site fee.
